Meta pixel access chase
Copy each message, send it on the channel listed, tick it off. Three of these are the same ask. Two are different, so read the yellow note before you send those.

What this is actually about
A pixel is the bit of code that tells Meta what happened after someone clicked an ad. Every one of these clients already shares their ad account with us. None of them share their pixel, because on Meta that is a separate thing you have to hand over on purpose.
Without it Lloyd can see clicks but not enquiries, so he cannot tell a good ad from an expensive one.
Send as Lloyd, from his WhatsApp or his inbox. These are written in his voice. Do not add a signature or make them more formal.
When they reply
"Done."
Tell Lloyd, do not take their word for it. He runs one command to check it actually landed. People often tick the wrong box.
"I can't find it / my screen looks different."
Ask for a screenshot of whatever they are looking at and send it to Lloyd. Do not try to talk them through it blind. Meta moves these menus around.
"What is this? Is it safe?"
They keep full ownership and can remove us in two clicks. It gives us their ad tracking data, nothing to do with their personal Facebook. The page they are sent to says all this near the bottom.
Nothing back after 3 days
One chase, keep it light: "Morning, did you get a chance to do that Meta bit? Two minutes and it makes a real difference to your ads." After a second chase with no reply, hand it back to Lloyd.
They ask for the number on its own
Hunt Visuals partner business ID is
